Packed a ceasar salad for lunch today. Layered to keep it fresh in a jar. 
From the bottom to the top:
ceasar dressing
crispy chicken thighs
shredded parmesan cheese
romaine lettuce
400 calories, 3 carbs (1 net), 30 g fat, 36 g protein.
A little high on the protein, but so little carbs I’m hoping the protein and fat hold me until dinner.
